About the Company
Turnkey Projects LLC is a Dubai renovation firm that focuses on high-end residential and commercial makeovers. The team is known for careful workmanship, creative solutions, close client coordination, and consistently high quality standards.
Role Summary
The company is looking for an experienced and driven On-site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of renovation sites in Dubai Silicon Oasis. You will work alongside project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to keep work moving smoothly, maintain quality, meet deadlines, and ensure safety and compliance requirements are followed. This is a practical, hands-on position that calls for leadership, initiative, and strong problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate on-site workers and subcontractors.
- Assist project managers with planning and executing work schedules.
- Build and maintain daily and weekly task plans and project timelines.
- Track material needs and arrange timely ordering and delivery to prevent delays.
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate site documentation and daily progress records.
- Compile weekly project status updates for clients.
- Attend site meetings and share prompt updates on work progress and issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a site supervisor or in a similar position within Dubai’s renovation or construction sector.
- Working knowledge of Dubai NOC processes.
- A valid UAE driving licence and access to your own vehicle are mandatory.
- Solid understanding of construction methods and workplace safety standards.
- Ability to interpret drawings, schedules, and technical plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Independent, proactive, detail-focused, and self-driven.
