Key duties

• Empty bins and remove waste on a regular basis.
• Carry out mopping, dusting, and vacuuming tasks.
• Clean shared areas including lobbies, stairwells, and landings, as well as toilets, the kitchen area, and the office area.
• Report any maintenance concerns to head office.
