Role overview

Park's Motor Group is hiring a motivated and proactive MOT Tester for its busy Škoda service centre in Motherwell. This position has come up because of ongoing business growth and requires someone who can work accurately and efficiently in a fast-moving workshop environment.

What the role involves

• Conduct MOT testing in line with the current standards and regulations.
• Diagnose faults using modern computer-based diagnostic tools.
• Complete repairs and fit replacement parts to a consistently high standard.
• Manage multiple jobs while keeping an eye on both cost and turnaround time.

What you need to bring

• You should already be a qualified MOT Tester with hands-on, time-served experience.
• A full, clean UK driving licence is required.
• You need at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• You must have a strong grasp of the latest MOT testing requirements.
• Experience with a manufacturer or franchise environment would be an advantage, though it is not essential.
