About the Role

This opportunity is for a Member Experience Executive who will play a key part in delivering outstanding service to members and supporting retention efforts at the Abu Dhabi club.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members warmly and provide attentive, professional assistance throughout their visit.
- Respond quickly to questions, account-related issues, booking needs, and other service requests.
- Develop positive member relationships through face-to-face interaction, phone calls, and email communication.
- Suggest relevant programs, products, and services based on each member’s needs and interests.
- Collect member input and insights to help improve the overall experience and strengthen the service culture.
- Assist with retail shop activities and help maintain high standards of cleanliness across the club.
- Work closely with the fitness and membership teams to improve engagement and support business growth.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent customer service ability with a courteous, upbeat, and polished approach.
- Strong skill in understanding member expectations and offering practical solutions.
- Clear communication and the ability to build trusted working relationships.
- Exposure to fitness programs or wellness services is an added advantage.
