Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Reltio MDM Developer to build and support master data management solutions for enterprise use. The role calls for practical experience with the Reltio platform, a strong grasp of data modeling, and the ability to design scalable, dependable MDM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and deliver Reltio-based MDM solutions, covering data models, match and merge logic, survivorship rules, and workflow design.
- Build and support integrations through Reltio APIs and the Reltio Integration Hub.
- Administer reference data, role-based access, and user interface settings inside the Reltio environment.
- Import and extract data efficiently with ETL tools, while improving the performance of data pipelines.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into MDM solutions.
- Track, diagnose, and resolve data quality issues while maintaining governance expectations.
- Contribute to Agile meetings, code reviews, and continuous integration activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of experience in master data management, including at least 2 years working on Reltio.
- Solid understanding of MDM concepts, data governance, and data quality practices.
- Hands-on ability to configure Reltio data models, match rules, survivorship logic, and workflows.
- Experience with Reltio APIs, Integration Hub, and data load/unload processes.
- Working knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS, along with ETL tools.
- Strong SQL and scripting capability.
- Exposure to Agile delivery, Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred: familiarity with Python or Java for transformation work.
- Preferred: Reltio certification.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Location and Work Mode
This role is open in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Chennai, and Kolkata. The working model is hybrid.
