Role Overview

The organization is looking for a UAE National to take charge of environmental awareness leadership. In this position, you will steer awareness campaigns and community engagement efforts while helping expand educational programs related to the environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Plan, lead, and execute environmental awareness initiatives that support BEEAH’s strategic direction.
• Build and maintain partnerships with public-sector bodies, schools, universities, companies, and community groups to broaden the reach and effectiveness of programs.
• Handle environmental awards, contests, and campaigns from concept through delivery, including scheduling, execution, sponsorship coordination, and ceremony management.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources, and develop sponsorship support to keep programs efficient and sustainable.
• Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Support Services, BEEAH Group, and other business units to strengthen visibility and participation.
• Create learning materials, educational content, workshops, presentations, and awareness sessions for varied audiences.
• Track program outcomes, review performance, identify areas for improvement, and represent BEEAH at environmental and community events.

Qualification and Experience

Applicants should hold a degree in environment studies or a closely related discipline. The role requires 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in training, environmental awareness, or a similar field. The selected candidate will also oversee environmental awareness programs, manage stakeholder relationships, and directly supervise Education Officers.

Knowledge and Skills

The role calls for strong command of both Arabic and English, along with analytical and research ability. Effective communication, active listening, public speaking, and presentation skills are important, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and SAP.

This opportunity is intended for a UAE National and is based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The position is full-time and requires onsite attendance.
