Role overview
Enterprise Mobility is recruiting right away for its Management Training Program in Dartmouth and Sackville, Nova Scotia. This role is designed for someone who wants a long-term career path with room to grow into management, with exposure to sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations.
From the first day, you’ll learn the business from the ground up in a neighborhood branch. The position combines customer-facing work with operational responsibilities, preparing you to eventually lead your own branch, grow business, and guide a team. Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you will begin learning the business immediately and gradually build the capabilities needed to manage a branch independently.
- Act as a customer-facing representative while also handling important behind-the-scenes operational tasks.
- Learn branch operations through a structured, hands-on training program.
- Develop the skills needed to run a branch, bring in new business, and support team leadership.
- Work closely with mentors and managers in a guided learning environment.
- Build local business relationships through community engagement.
- Gain practical experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Maintain a service-first approach while contributing to a competitive, growth-focused culture.
Requirements
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
- A four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university is required, or an international equivalent recognized by WES and/or IRCC.
- Preferred educational background includes BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 months of combined experience or involvement in sales and customer service, or in leadership activities, is required.
- Relevant experience may come from commission sales, retail, restaurant, hospitality, military service, athletics, team activities, or university clubs and organizations.
- A valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license is required.
- Driving record must show no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last three years.
- No drug- or alcohol-related convictions within the past 5 years.
- Candidate must already be authorized to work in Canada and must not need current or future sponsorship from the company.
- This role is noted as not typically fitting an eligible NOC for permanent residency in Canada.
