Role Overview

This hands-on maintenance role is based in Singapore and focuses on keeping the company’s IoT-enabled kiosks operating safely, dependably, and with minimal interruption. The technician will handle routine servicing, fault diagnosis, repairs, and inspections, while also supporting preventive upkeep and timely part replacement or calibration.

Key Duties

On a typical day, the role involves identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and basic software or IoT-related issues; following scheduled maintenance plans; responding to service requests; recording work completed; and coordinating with operations and customer support teams to reduce downtime and meet service expectations.

Additional Expectations

The position also requires strict adherence to safety practices, proper care of tools and spare parts, and sharing practical feedback that can help improve machine reliability and maintenance workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment upkeep and repair, especially for vending machines or similar automated systems, is important.
• Strong fault-finding ability is needed for mechanical, electrical, and basic IoT-related problems.
• The candidate should be able to plan and carry out preventive maintenance on a regular schedule.
• Prior industrial maintenance experience in F&B, vending, or manufacturing settings is preferred.
• A technical diploma or certification in engineering, mechanics, or a related discipline is an advantage.
• The job requires being available to work on-site across multiple locations in Singapore and to respond quickly to service calls.
• Attention to detail, safety consciousness, and accurate record-keeping are essential.
• Good communication skills, plus the ability to work independently and with different teams, are also required.
