Role overview

AB InBev Africa is seeking a Logistics Technical Trainee to gain structured exposure across the logistics environment over a 12-month period. The program is designed to build practical knowledge in distribution, warehousing, and inventory while also involving participation in operational work and projects, with opportunities to interact with senior leaders.

This is a fast-moving technical development program built around 4-month rotation cycles. Progression from one rotation to the next is based on formal evaluations. The learning model follows a 70-20-10 approach: 70% from hands-on challenges and projects, 20% from developmental relationships, and 10% from coursework and training.
