Lead Tableau Developer

Role overview

This position is for an experienced Tableau leader who will guide enterprise BI development, improve governance on the analytics platform, and support delivery for a large MNC client in the Big4 space. Key responsibilities

• Create, enhance, and tune interactive Tableau dashboards, workbooks, and connected data sources.
• Own Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud administration, including performance optimization, security controls, upgrades, and capacity planning.
• Develop efficient data models and improve SQL performance across DB2 and SQL Server environments.
• Lead platform modernization efforts, self-service reporting improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Oversee delivery from start to finish, including backlog management, SLA adherence, incident handling, and communication with stakeholders.
• Guide, mentor, and support a team of Tableau developers while maintaining high delivery standards.
• Collaborate in analytics environments that use AWS and healthcare-related enterprise data.

Required background

• 8 to 12 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or manager capacity.
• Practical exposure to Business Objects, SAS Enterprise Guide, and ServiceNow is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, leadership ability, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Experience in healthcare analytics is a plus.
• Tableau certifications will be considered an advantage.
