Role overview

G4S is hiring a professionally trained Lady Security Guard to help safeguard sites and support day-to-day security operations in Odisha. The role involves protecting people, property, and information across environments such as construction sites, courts, retail outlets, warehouses, banks, and factories.

Key duties

• Guard premises, property, and sensitive information.
• Carry out foot patrols or vehicle patrols as needed.
• Manage entry and exit at access points and verify movement of people, materials, and vehicles.
• Operate and keep an eye on security equipment and systems, including CCTV and surveillance tools.
• Respond quickly and appropriately during emergency situations.
• Inspect parking and external areas to identify unsafe conditions or unauthorized presence.
• Look out for suspicious activity and help prevent theft, damage, or other criminal incidents.
• Submit daily reports to the supervisor according to procedure.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health, safety, and environment guidelines at all times.
• Prepare written reports whenever required.

Candidate profile

Applicants should be physically and medically fit and present a mature demeanor. The minimum educational requirement is a pass in Class 10. The role requires a minimum height of 5 feet for women. Freshers must be between 18 and 35 years old, while experienced security guards may apply up to the age of 40.
