Role overview

Brandt’s Construction & Forestry team in Mount Pearl is looking for a Labourer to support the heavy equipment service department. This role focuses on keeping the shop, wash bay, yard, and equipment clean and organized while helping technicians and other team members complete their work efficiently. It is also a suitable starting point for someone who wants to move toward an apprenticeship path.

What you will do

• Perform final detailing on heavy equipment after repairs are finished.
• Keep the wash bay clean and ensure its equipment remains in good working condition.
• Clean parts and individual components as needed.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and order of the shop and yard.
• Support dismantling work on heavy equipment and related components.
• Arrange equipment in the yard and help care for dealership grounds, including grading, leveling, and snow clearing.
• Carry out basic inventory upkeep.
• Assist shop staff with tasks that help improve overall productivity.
• Take on additional related duties as assigned.
