Overview
This role is for a KYC Onboarding Analyst / Back Office Analyst who will contribute to the company’s ongoing expansion. It is suited to someone who wants to work with a collaborative, high-performing team in a growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding for individual customers and complete KYC verification checks.
- Carry out CDD reviews along with sanctions and PEP screening for individual clients.
- Handle customer account transactions and assist with back-office operations.
- Support customers and address client questions or issues.
- Maintain adherence to applicable regulatory and compliance obligations.
- Be available to work across morning and evening shifts.
Essential Experience and Skills
The role calls for prior experience in KYC, onboarding, or back-office work, with exposure to CDD, AML, and individual client risk assessment. Strong English communication skills and careful attention to detail are important.
