Role overview
Eurest UK is looking for a committed Kitchen Porter to support the day-to-day smooth running of the kitchen in Southampton. This is a full-time position based on a 37.5-hour working week. The role focuses on keeping the kitchen clean, helping food service run efficiently, and supporting the team in delivering a high standard of customer care.

What you will do
- Keep the kitchen consistently clean and maintained to a high standard.
- Work efficiently in a busy environment to help prepare fresh food.
- Make sure the chefs have the tools and support they need to produce dishes.
- Prepare well-blended drinks and serve food to a consistently high quality.
- Contribute positively as a team player and support colleagues as needed.
- Represent Compass Group UK&I in a professional way and help maintain a strong brand reputation.
- Follow all food handling and hygiene procedures.
- Adhere to health and safety rules at all times.
