About the Role

La Vie En Rose is hiring a full-time Key Holder for its Fredericton, New Brunswick store. This is an on-site position focused on customer service, driving sales, and supporting the store team with day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome shoppers warmly and create a positive in-store experience
• Guide customers to the right items, answer their questions, and explain product details such as quality, materials, and technical features
• Recommend additional products that may suit their needs
• Support customers in the fitting room area
• Work toward and exceed individual sales targets with the help of training
• Take charge of the sales floor when management is not present
• Prepare, label, and place merchandise on the floor to support strong visual presentation
• Keep the store and backroom organized, clean, and presentable
• Stay informed about new arrivals so you can share recommendations with customers
• Assist at checkout and complete customer transactions
• Follow head office policies and procedures as directed
• Handle any other tasks needed to support the team
• Open and close the store as part of the role

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in sales
• Interest in fashion categories such as lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear
• Ability to listen closely and respond to customer needs with strong service
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Willingness to work holidays and longer shifts during busy periods, based on availability
• Interest in a career that offers fresh challenges over time
• Bilingual communication skills are considered an asset
