Junior Production Supervisor

Role Overview

This position is for a Manufacturing Supervisor in pharmaceutical operations based in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The employer is a fast-growing organization in the pharmaceutical and life sciences space, and the role focuses on leading production in a tightly controlled GMP-regulated setting.

What You Will Do

• Direct day-to-day manufacturing activity and coordinate production teams.
• Run operations in a safe, compliant, and efficient way while meeting GMP standards.
• Oversee team output, coaching, training, and ongoing employee growth.
• Contribute to investigations, audits, process enhancements, and operational initiatives.
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Technical Operations colleagues.

Candidate Profile

• Background in a supervisory or leadership role in manufacturing, ideally in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or a similarly regulated environment.
• Solid understanding of GMP expectations and production workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members.
• Exposure to sterile manufacturing, fill-finish, formulation, or comparable processes is a plus.
• Strong working communication skills in both German and English.
