Dudons is looking for a Junior Video Content Creator focused on short-form video for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and Shorts. The ideal person can carry a video project from concept through to publishing.

What you will do
- Develop ideas and write short-form video scripts centered on strong openings and engaging storytelling.
- Speak with people, guide them on camera, and help them feel relaxed and confident so they can create effective content.
- Capture video footage, often using self-shot or light production setups.
- Keep up with current trends and formats that are performing well on Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
Compensation and support
- The role includes a base salary along with uncapped commission.
- Training, coaching, and ongoing improvement support are provided.
Work setup
This is a fully remote position that can be done from anywhere, using only a phone.
