The IT Support Technician will handle both proactive and reactive technology support for doctors, nurses, medical assistants, and finance/administrative teams.   • Coordinate with third-party technology vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent mix of education and work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT support position.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10, basic Windows networking, laptops/tablets, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 tools such as Exchange, OneDrive/SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability for PC hardware and software.
  • Exposure to ticketing platforms, remote support tools, Meraki networks, and a phone platform such as RingCentral.
  • Ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Strong organization, planning, multitasking, and adaptability skills.

Compensation
