Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Support Specialist who will help keep the company’s technology environment running smoothly. The position focuses on supporting systems, infrastructure, and end-user devices, with an emphasis on Windows environments, network basics, and day-to-day technical assistance. You will partner with internal teams to maintain reliability, security, and overall IT efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
