IT Support Officer (Entry / Junior)

Role overview

Infinite Capital is seeking an entry-level IT Support Officer to support everyday technology operations across the company’s digital environment. This position is suited to someone who is comfortable working with users, keen to build hands-on technical knowledge, and interested in helping keep systems dependable and efficient.

Key duties

• Handle technical support requests related to hardware, software, and network issues.
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps and help resolve IT-related questions.
• Set up, configure, and maintain computers, business applications, and connected devices.
• Assist with user account administration and permission controls.
• Record support tickets, solutions, and system changes clearly and accurately.
• Keep an eye on system performance and refer more complex incidents when needed.
• Work with internal teams to strengthen IT workflows and improve the user experience.

Required profile

The ideal candidate has a foundational grasp of computers, operating systems, and networking basics. Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and everyday workplace applications is advantageous. Strong analytical thinking, a detail-focused approach, and the ability to learn quickly are important. Clear communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving setting are also essential.
