Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Dubai is for an IT Auditor focused on compliance. The role is centered on reviewing IT controls, assessing security and regulatory alignment, and supporting stronger governance across technology environments.
What You Will Do
You will design and carry out IT audits with an emphasis on control effectiveness, information security, and compliance requirements. The role includes reviewing IT systems and processes, testing how well controls are designed and working, spotting gaps and risks, and suggesting corrective actions. You will also prepare audit documentation and reports, work with teams across IT, security, and operations, and contribute to ongoing improvements in policies and compliance practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in IT auditing and IT controls, along with a good understanding of information technology and information security. Strong analytical ability is important for reviewing data, identifying weaknesses, and recommending workable fixes. Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR, and the DPDP Act is considered a strong advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is expected, and certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or ISO 27001 LA are beneficial. The role also requires clear communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Dubai while handling multiple audits or projects within set timelines.
