Inventory Pharmacist

Role Overview

Evercare is hiring an Inventory Pharmacist to manage the flow, storage, and control of pharmaceutical and medical stock at its site in Khamis Mushait, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on accurate receiving, safe storage, inventory tracking, and coordinated supply support for clinical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept incoming shipments of medicines, medical consumables, and IV solutions, then check, sort, and store them correctly.
• Monitor stock validity on an ongoing basis and apply first-expiry-first-out practices to reduce wastage.
• Work closely with nursing and clinical teams to meet daily requisitions and help avoid shortages.
• Maintain compliance with SFDA and MOH standards, including requirements related to temperature, humidity, and storage safety.
• Perform scheduled physical inventory checks and match the findings against system records to resolve mismatches.
• Keep digital logs accurate and current for all items received and issued from the medical store.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is required.
• A valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) is required.
• Prior experience in medical store administration, warehouse handling, or hospital pharmacy inventory is expected.
• Working knowledge of inventory systems and MS Excel is necessary.
• Strong organizing ability, sharp attention to detail, and personal integrity are important for the role.
