Hillarys has been operating for more than 50 years and is the UK’s leading specialist in window furnishing solutions, with annual turnover of £250 million. The business continues to grow and is looking to add more Advisors to its network.

Role summary

As an Installer, you will visit customers in their homes to take measurements and install a wide range of products, including shutters. Design Consultants handle the ordering process and payment, allowing you to concentrate on delivering excellent customer service and a professional installation experience.

Experience and background

No previous experience is required if you have the motivation to learn and build a business. Many current self-employed Advisors began without prior industry knowledge and have developed long-term successful businesses with Hillarys support. Relevant experience from construction or trade work can be helpful, including roles such as joiner, carpenter, window fitter, or kitchen fitter.

Investment and requirements

The opportunity is offered through a one-off investment package starting from £1,995, with flexible payment options available to help spread the cost. A valid UK driving licence is required so you can travel to local customers.
