Role overview
Join a profitable, expanding global SaaS business as an Implementation Consultant supporting customers across New Zealand. This fully remote role can be performed from anywhere in the country and brings together implementation, onboarding, customer success, and technical consulting.
You will be responsible for guiding clients through setup and adoption, configuring workflows, and making sure they achieve strong outcomes from the platform. The position is customer-facing and involves close collaboration with internal teams to deliver a smooth experience from first implementation through to ongoing use.
Key responsibilities
- Run customer onboarding and implementation projects from start to finish
- Set up workflows and configure platform features to suit client needs
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for assigned customers
- Support adoption and help ensure sustained value from the product
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams
- Spot opportunities to improve customer results and experience
- Manage a group of customers during implementation and after go-live
Relevant experience
The company is open to candidates from roles such as Implementation Consultant, Customer Success Manager, Onboarding Specialist, Professional Services Consultant, Technical Support Consultant, Solutions Consultant, SaaS Project Coordinator, or Junior Implementation Consultant.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a SaaS or software environment
- Strong communication ability in a customer-facing setting
- Hands-on background in software implementation, onboarding, or customer success
- Comfort with learning new technologies and configuring software tools
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Compensation and benefits
- Approximate base salary of NZD 110,000
