Role overview
This dealership-based opportunity is for a qualified Hyundai Technician who is ready to advance their career within a fast-moving OEM workshop in Auckland. The position involves working on two recognised brands and offers structured brand training, certification pathways, and strong opportunities for professional growth.

What you will do
In this role, you will diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and perform maintenance on vehicles while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. The workshop is busy and fast paced, so you will need to work confidently and efficiently across a range of tasks.
Additional information
The employer is ideally seeking someone with experience in Korean or European vehicle brands, though applicants from other brand backgrounds will still be considered. This is also a strong opportunity for technicians who want to move beyond day-to-day workshop work and progress within a dealership that promotes from within wherever possible.

Requirements
- Trade-qualified automotive technician
- Demonstrated stability and longevity in previous roles
- Strong fault-finding skills and broad repair capability
- Good command of English
- Valid working rights in New Zealand
- Current driver licence
- Consistently high workmanship standards
- EV certification or WOF certification will be viewed positively
