About the internship
This part-time HR internship at CircleChess is based in Bangalore and runs for 2 months. The role is focused on supporting hiring, onboarding, coach engagement, and HR operations for the organization’s chess coaching ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the full hiring process for chess coaches and other open positions.
- Find suitable candidates, review applications, and arrange interview schedules.
- Support onboarding activities and help ensure new joiners have a smooth transition.
- Plan and execute initiatives that keep coaches engaged and build strong working relationships.
- Monitor the coach recruitment pipeline and keep track of hiring progress.
- Update HR records, databases, and recruitment trackers accurately.
- Work with internal teams to understand staffing needs and coordinate hiring support.
- Assist coaches across their association with the company and respond to ongoing support needs.
