Human Resources Executive

About the role

Crew.inc is looking for an HR Executive to support day-to-day people operations and help manage the full employee lifecycle. The role involves coordinating hiring, onboarding, employee performance, policy implementation, training support, payroll coordination, and general HR assistance across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the recruitment workflow end to end, from candidate sourcing through joining and onboarding.
• Track and coordinate employee performance review processes.
• Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labour law requirements.
• Assist with learning and development activities that improve employee capability and performance.
• Manage employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and handling disciplinary concerns when required.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration to help ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Work closely with department leaders to address HR issues and provide practical people support.

Salary

Compensation is offered at INR 2,00,000 to 3,00,000 per year.
