About the Role
The HR Business Partner will oversee the complete employee journey for the New Zealand operation, with support extending to plant-level HR activity. This position is based in Auckland and involves hands-on people support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring and employee onboarding processes from start to finish.
- Support staff development activities and performance management processes.
- Help ensure all HR practices align with applicable local employment laws and regulations.
- Plan and drive employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Offer practical HR advice and day-to-day support to both managers and employees.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of HR operations and employment legislation.
- Strong written and verbal communication ability.
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style.
Preferred Experience
- Prior exposure to a manufacturing setting or plant-based environment is an advantage.
