Role Overview

We are looking for an HRIS Developer to design, enhance, and support solutions built on the SAP SuccessFactors platform. The role is based onsite in Singapore and focuses on building reliable HR technology solutions, integrations, and reporting capabilities that support business and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, configure, and support solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
  • Set up and maintain modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Compensation.
  • Design and sustain integrations between SuccessFactors and both internal and external systems.
  • Develop interfaces using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
  • Investigate application problems, determine root causes, and provide production support.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and data extracts for HR and business users.
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and turn them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Take part in system upgrades, testing, deployments, and release activities.
  • Protect HR data quality, security, compliance, and governance requirements.

Experience and Technical Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in HRIS development, implementation, or support.
  • Practical, hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
  • Experience with one or more of the following modules: Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System, and Compensation.
  • Ability to develop and maintain integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP BTP, OData APIs, and REST/SOAP APIs.
