HR Support Officer

Role overview

We are seeking an entry-level HR Support Officer for a full-time remote role available only to candidates in Australia. This position is suited to someone who is well organized, people-focused, and eager to build a long-term career in Human Resources while supporting employees, hiring activity, and day-to-day administration.

What you will do

In this role, you will help manage recruitment coordination, arrange interview schedules, communicate with applicants, and keep applicant tracking information up to date. You will also contribute to onboarding and exit processes, prepare HR-related documents, maintain employee records accurately, and assist with compliance and reporting tasks. In addition, you will handle routine employee questions, support learning and development efforts, assist with HR projects, and help keep HR operations running smoothly and correctly.

Skills and profile

The ideal candidate brings strong organization and communication abilities, a sharp eye for detail, and the professionalism needed to handle sensitive information carefully. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Exposure to HR administration, recruitment workflows, or HR information systems is helpful, though not mandatory. Success in this role also depends on a positive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
