Overview

The Women & Families Resource Centre is looking for an HR Support Assistant to help coordinate recruitment and onboarding for volunteers and staff across the organisation. This role is focused on keeping hiring activity organised, efficient, and well documented so the team can continue delivering services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help create and publish vacancy adverts for volunteer and team roles.
  • Review incoming applications and narrow down the list of suitable candidates.
  • Work with hiring managers to arrange interview timings.
  • Carry out introductory screening calls when required.
