Role Summary

The housekeeping team is looking for a dependable team member to help maintain resident apartments, common spaces, and interior areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean bathroom and washroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and tubs
• Prepare beds with fresh linens
• Remove waste, clean containers, and replace liners
• Perform dusting in both high and low areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

Schedule and Working Conditions

Shifts are scheduled from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Weekend and holiday coverage may be required based on business needs.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to operate and care for housekeeping and laundry equipment
• Working understanding of infection control, hazardous waste handling, and disaster response plans
• Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process
• A valid, current driver’s license is required where applicable

Compensation

The pay range for this position is USD 16.51 to USD 19.39 per hour.
