About the Role

Raise Infra is hiring a Guest Relationship Executive for The Chimes, its premium luxury villa community located on Sarjapur Road in Bengaluru. This role sits at the front line of the customer journey and is focused on creating a polished, high-touch experience for prospective homebuyers.

The executive will manage incoming enquiries, coordinate site visits, support the sales team, and ensure every interaction reflects the premium positioning of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, walk-in buyers, and channel partners at the Experience Centre.
  • Respond to leads coming in from digital campaigns, the website, phone inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Assess leads, understand customer needs, and qualify interest effectively.
  • Plan and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
  • Deliver a premium, consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Keep customer data updated and accurate in the CRM system.
  • Follow up regularly to help improve site visit volume and conversion outcomes.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and channel partner teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
  • Maintain the Experience Centre to a high presentation standard.
