Graphic Designer

Overview

This role is for a creative Graphic Designer who enjoys using visual design to tell stories and strengthen a brand. You will be part of a well-known construction and building business operating across Ireland and the UK, contributing to high-profile work that spans digital channels, printed materials, employer branding, and project communication.

What you will do

• Create polished design assets such as brochures, presentations, proposals, signage, social media creatives, and a range of branded collateral.
• Produce engaging visuals for online platforms, internal communication, and marketing activity while keeping the brand look and feel consistent.
• Work closely with marketing and business stakeholders to develop creative for events, awards, employer branding, and business development efforts.
• Build multimedia content including animations, video-based assets, infographics, and other visual storytelling formats.
• Make sure every piece of creative work follows brand standards and maintains a professional, unified identity.

What we are looking for

• Background as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative position, ideally within a corporate, agency, or professional services setting.
• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates capability in design, branding, and multimedia creation.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, with hands-on experience in After Effects or comparable video editing tools.
• Ability to communicate ideas visually across digital, social media, and print formats.
• A well-organised, collaborative designer who can perform in a busy environment and turn concepts into compelling creative output.
