Role Overview
NAKILAT is seeking Qatari National fresh graduates in Mechanical Engineering for opportunities based in Doha and Ras Laffan. The role is aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030 and supports the growth of a skilled national workforce through structured career development.
Selected candidates will receive an Individual Development Plan (IDP) along with organized on-the-job learning, helping them build experience and prepare for future positions with greater responsibility.
Work Location
Doha and Ras Laffan, Qatar.
Program Focus
This opening is designed to provide early-career Qatari graduates with practical exposure, guided development, and a pathway toward long-term progression in a major maritime organization.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Qatari National fresh graduate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Degree recognized by Qatar’s Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
- Minimum GPA of 2.5.
- English proficiency at IELTS 6.0 level or an equivalent standard.
- Computer literacy with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and effective communication skills.
