Google Ads Specialist | Night Shift | PPC Setup & Optimization

Role Overview

Heureux IT is looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to take full ownership of client accounts and help scale performance for a fast-growing digital marketing agency. This position is a practical, hands-on role for someone who actively works in Google Ads every day and enjoys building campaigns, improving outcomes, and managing accounts rather than only reviewing reports.

This is a night-shift position because the agency serves clients in international time zones and aligns working hours accordingly. The timing is stated clearly so candidates can assess fit from the start.

Key Work Areas

• Create and manage Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and Display campaigns.
• Choose and apply the right campaign strategy based on each client’s business goals.
• Continuously optimize accounts to cut unnecessary spend and improve performance.
• Handle client accounts end to end with responsibility for setup, management, and results.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Has 2 to 3 years of practical Google Ads experience; agency background is an added advantage.
• Can build campaigns from the ground up, including account structure, keyword planning, bidding, ad copy, and conversion tracking.
• Understands performance analysis beyond basic numbers, including how Quality Score is formed, the meaning of Search Lost IS for budget versus rank, Landing Page Experience, CTR, and impression share calculations.
• Stays current with Google Ads updates and follows modern optimization practices.

Work Schedule

This role runs on a night shift to match client time zones. Flexible timing is available within the shift, and the focus is on completing work well rather than strict clock-watching.
