Role Overview
This is an urgent opening for a Technical Lead with strong GoLang expertise, based in Noida with a work-from-office setup. The position is part of NeoSOFT payroll and is focused on building and leading modern backend systems with close collaboration across frontend and DevSecOps practices.
Key Focus Areas
- Develop and maintain backend solutions using GoLang and microservices architecture.
- Work with ReactJS and NextJS when frontend integration or support is required.
- Apply DevSecOps principles throughout the delivery lifecycle, including CI/CD pipeline practices.
- Use security tools such as Trivy, GitLeaks, and OWASP ZAP to strengthen code and application safety.
- Follow compliance-aware development practices aligned with GDPR and HIPAA expectations.
Experience & Working Conditions
The role calls for 7+ years of experience. Immediate joining up to 7 days is preferred. The compensation mentioned for this opportunity is up to 38 LPA. This opening is for candidates available to work onsite in Noida.
