Global Mobility Expert

Overview

This remote contractor role is for a Global Mobility Expert supporting AI training and evaluation work. The position focuses on employee travel, cross-border movement, expatriate operations, and related HR workflows. Compensation is set at $20 to $50 per hour.

What you will do

• Create, draft, and improve structured evaluation rubrics used to train AI models on employee travel and international movement situations.
• Convert complex mobility processes and operational data into clear task prompts for AI assessment.
• Work with HR, security, and communications teams to keep the work aligned with internal policies and continuity plans.
• Use crisis-management experience to build realistic, multi-step scenarios for AI training and review.
• Review model outputs and strengthen areas such as reasoning quality, judgment in uncertain situations, and response planning.
• Capture best practices and add subject-matter input to rubric design for enterprise global mobility operations.

What we are looking for

• Proven background in global mobility, expatriate management, or international HR operations.
• Prior experience creating or assessing rubrics, with the ability to give structured feedback for AI or data-focused projects.
• Strong decision-making skills gained through crisis management, emergency operations, or enterprise incident response.
• Working knowledge of organizational processes across HR, security, and communications functions.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with strong attention to accuracy and detail.

This is a contractor position based in Canada and carried out remotely. The role is centered on enterprise-level global mobility operations and AI evaluation support.
