Responsibilities

You will oversee everything that takes place in the restaurant. That includes managing cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relationships. You are expected to lead by example and make sure company policies and procedures are followed consistently by you and your team.

The role also includes preparing staff schedules, placing product orders, training team members, and participating in hiring decisions. In addition, the position is tied to a profit-share bonus program based on meeting cost-control targets.

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. A minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience is preferred.
