Role Overview
This position is with a manufacturing company based in Faridabad. The role focuses on front office handling, call management, visitor coordination, and supporting day-to-day administrative flow at the reception.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls efficiently.
- Keep internal extension numbers updated and share changes promptly so communication remains smooth.
- Support the initial review and coordination of bills related to courier services, stationery, mobile phones, telephone lines, and similar office expenses.
- Ensure guests, visitors, and senior managers are made comfortable by arranging tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments through coordination with pantry staff.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a graduate and should be comfortable managing front desk interactions, coordinating with internal staff, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
