About the Role
DJV Infrastructure Private Limited is looking for a polished and well-organized Front Office Executive who can manage reception duties and also assist the Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative work. This position suits someone who enjoys welcoming people, keeping the workplace professional and approachable, and building hands-on familiarity with HR functions.

Front Office Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, candidates, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, route, and manage incoming and outgoing phone calls appropriately.
- Record visitor details and follow the required entry process.
- Accept, sort, and distribute couriers, letters, and official paperwork.
- Keep the reception space tidy, orderly, and presentable at all times.
- Arrange meeting-room reservations and support visitor coordination.
- Handle general administrative tasks that help front office operations run smoothly.
HR Support Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates as needed.
- Assist with onboarding by preparing joining documents and updating employee files.
- Maintain attendance records, leave data, and other HR paperwork.
- Support employees with document submission and other HR formalities.
- Help with recruitment follow-ups and candidate coordination.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal events.
- Protect the privacy of employee and company-related information.
- Prepare HR reports and update HR databases when required.
Required Qualifications
The position calls for a bachelor’s degree in any field along with 1 to 3 years of experience in front office, reception, HR, administration, or a similar role.
Preferred Skills
Strong spoken and written communication in English and Hindi is important, along with solid interpersonal and customer service abilities. Good planning, time management, and attention to detail are also needed. Familiarity with basic HR processes, Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly will be valuable in this role. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fast-moving team environment are also expected.
