About the Employer
Wynn Al Marjan Island is an upscale beachside resort project in the United Arab Emirates, scheduled to welcome guests in 2027. Set on a scenic island that curves into the Arabian Gulf and located under 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the development is planned as a major integrated destination with 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 dining and lounge venues, a theatre, a nightclub, and a five-star spa.
Role Overview
The hotel operations team is hiring a Front Office Agent to support guest-facing services at the resort.
What You Will Do
- Greet visitors warmly and manage arrival and departure formalities with care and efficiency.
- Oversee room allocation, answer billing questions, and resolve guest service needs with accuracy.
- Share details about resort facilities, available services, and nearby places of interest.
- Work closely with housekeeping, concierge, and other hotel teams to help create a smooth guest experience.
- Address complaints and recovery situations in a calm, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Keep guest information accurate and protect the confidentiality of personal data.
- Introduce resort offerings and suggest room upgrades or packages when suitable.
- Keep the front desk presentable, orderly, and consistent with brand expectations.
- Deliver service that meets Forbes Five Star quality standards.
- Adhere to operating procedures and safety requirements at all times.
- Assist with VIP arrivals and tailored guest requests with a high level of personalization.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in front office or guest services is preferred, particularly within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities are essential.
- You should be detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
- Working knowledge of property management systems and Microsoft Office is needed.
- English fluency is required; other languages are an advantage.
- A polished, professional presentation and guest-first mindset are important.
- The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Extended periods of standing may be required, along with occasional assistance with guest luggage or amenities.
- Background in Forbes Travel Guide standards and related training is preferred.
