Role overview
At Le Méridien München, you are the first point of contact for guests and help shape the very first impression of the hotel. By working efficiently, you turn check-in queues into excited arrivals ready for their stay. The front office is more than a place where people come and go; it is where guest loyalty is built. This role calls for curiosity, attentive listening, warmth, professionalism, and a sense of humour to convert tired travellers into satisfied guests.

Your profile
The ideal candidate stays patient even with demanding guests, values and understands intercultural differences in guest interactions, and brings a natural, straightforward personality. You should also be comfortable using hotel systems such as OPERA PMS and communicate fluently in both German and English, spoken and written.
