Finance Officer

Role Overview

Aakshya Infra Projects is looking for a Finance Officer in Kolkata to manage core banking, finance, and reporting responsibilities. The role involves working closely with banks and financial institutions, preparing management reports, supporting audits, and using SAP-based accounting systems to maintain accurate financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee routine banking activities and maintain professional coordination with banks for company-owned corporate and authorized personal accounts in line with internal policies.
• Administer corporate banking products such as Cash Credit (CC), Packing Credit (PC), Letters of Credit (LC), and Bank Guarantees (BG) for both domestic and overseas transactions.
• Compile and review Finance and Accounts MIS, including budget planning, finance cost tracking, profit and loss variance analysis, and other management reporting outputs.
• Prepare CMA information, financial forecasts, project documentation, and other analytical inputs needed for business decisions and banking submissions.
• Track cash movement, fund movement, and working capital needs while ensuring banking compliance documents are filed on time.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for appraisal, renewal, increase, and approval of term loan and working capital arrangements.
• Assist with accounting operations, statutory and internal audit support, and completion of financial statements.
• Use SAP-based accounting ERP tools as a mandatory work system and apply advanced Excel techniques for analysis, reporting, and reconciliations.

Additional Information

The compensation range provided for this position is INR 3,75,000 to INR 6,50,000 per year.
