What the job involves

In this position, you will work in residential neighborhoods, identify homes that may qualify for a complimentary roof inspection, and arrange inspection appointments with homeowners. The role is ground-based only: you will not be roofing or selling directly. Instead, you will engage homeowners, explain the free inspection offering, and set appointments for the in-home inspection team.

Key duties

• Cover assigned residential areas on foot
• Speak with homeowners at their properties
• Carry out simple visual checks from the ground
• Present the free roof inspection service clearly
• Book inspection appointments
• Stay active and work outdoors throughout the day

Schedule and work setting

This is an on-site field role with no overnight travel. The regular availability window is Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and the position requires 40 hours per week. Team transportation is provided from the office.

Compensation

Compensation includes hourly pay, commission, and performance bonuses. Weekly pay is offered, and first-year earnings are commonly reported in the $40,000 to $70,000+ range, depending on individual performance and consistency.
