Field Collection Executive

Role overview

The Field Collection Executive will be responsible for visiting customers in the assigned territory across Rajasthan and recovering overdue payments through cash or digital modes. The position requires regular field visits, customer coordination, and strict adherence to ethical and compliant collection practices.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations allocated by the company to follow up on pending dues and recover outstanding amounts.
• Handle collections through both cash and digital payment methods while ensuring accuracy in recording transactions.
• Track overdue accounts and maintain consistent follow-up until payments are cleared.
• Prepare and share daily collection updates and reports with the reporting supervisor.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers during collection activities.
• Work in line with company rules, compliance standards, and fair collection ethics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes and keep account information updated.

Eligibility criteria

• Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in field collection work.
• Prior exposure to collections in NBFC, BFSI, telecom, or utility sectors is preferred.
• A personal two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
• The role requires the ability to work extensively in the field and achieve daily targets.

Compensation and benefits

• Monthly salary of INR 13,000.
• Travel allowance of INR 4,000.
• Statutory benefits including PF and ESIC.
• Performance-linked incentives may be offered, where applicable.

Education requirement

• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; graduation is preferred.
