Role overview
This position is about creating a dining experience that feels memorable, warm, and well-paced, not just serving food and beverages. The role focuses on engaging guests, supporting smooth service, and ensuring that every interaction contributes to a positive meal experience.
The role is based in Al Ain Square, Al Towayya, Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. It is a full-time, non-management position and is not remote.
Key duties
You will be expected to take initiative in guest service and handle a broad range of food and beverage tasks. Typical work includes preparing tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, interacting professionally with diners, and keeping service areas and supplies clean and organized.
The job also requires working safely and consistently in line with company policies, procedures, and quality expectations. Professional standards in appearance, communication, and conduct are essential at all times.
The work is physically active and may involve standing, sitting, or walking for long periods, moving across sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces, reading menu information carefully, and handling objects of different weights. Additional reasonable duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED-equivalent is preferred. Applicants should have less than 1 year of related work experience. No supervisory background is required, and no license or certification is needed.
