About the Role
The Ned Doha, housed in the former Ministry of Interior building, is a distinctive hospitality destination featuring seven restaurants, 90 guest rooms, event spaces, and Ned’s Club — a private members’ club with access to a rooftop terrace, a health club, spa, gym, and a 30-metre outdoor pool.
This opening is for a committed Food & Beverage Runner to support a lively service team in delivering a high standard of guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring food and beverages to guests’ tables quickly and with accuracy.
- Support waitstaff with collecting orders and preparing tables for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and order across the dining area during operations.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep service running smoothly.
- Help track stock levels and replenish supplies when required.
- Offer courteous, attentive service to every guest.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Background in hospitality or food service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment and handling multiple tasks at once.
- A cooperative team player with a solid work ethic.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
