Role Overview
S Bar and Bistro at the Sheraton Athlone Hotel is hiring experienced bartenders and mixologists for a permanent, full-time position. The role sits within the Hodson Bay Group and focuses on delivering standout guest experiences in a lively hospitality environment.
This position is suited to someone who enjoys creating quality drinks, working closely with guests, and contributing to a polished bar operation. The hotel highlights a workplace culture centered on excellence, energy, and teamwork.
Key Duties
- Mix, prepare, and present cocktails and other beverages to a high standard.
- Provide friendly, energetic service that encourages repeat visits.
- Handle payments and transactions carefully while keeping the bar area orderly.

- Use strong product knowledge to suggest and promote menu items and offers.
