ERPNext Developer

Role Overview

Pepagora is looking for an ERPNext Developer with practical experience in deploying and tailoring ERPNext for business operations. The role focuses on building and maintaining solutions across core functional areas such as Accounts, Sales, HR, and CRM.

What You Will Do

• Set up, configure, and adapt ERPNext modules covering Accounts, Sales, HR, and CRM.
• Understand business needs and convert them into ERPNext-based workflows and system settings.
• Build custom applications, scripts, and reports with Python on the Frappe Framework and JavaScript.
• Handle data transfer activities, validate implementations through testing, and support system launch.
• Offer support after deployment, investigate issues, and help users get comfortable with the system.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure ERP processes match day-to-day business operations.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for custom logic, workflows, and configurations.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience of 2 to 6 years with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.
• Strong working knowledge in at least two of these areas: Accounts, Sales, HR, and CRM.
• Solid programming ability in Python and JavaScript, along with HTML/CSS and MySQL/MariaDB.
• Experience delivering ERP projects end-to-end, from requirement discovery through go-live.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Education such as B.E., B.Tech., MCA, or an equivalent qualification; ERPNext certifications are an added advantage.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
